Opening Night
Warm pine shelves and the first easy displays. Left-and-right cuts to begin with, the top-and-bottom cut arriving at level six.
4 × 4 board
Sliding puzzle · Toy workshop

The sleigh arrived and every shelf came apart. A teddy bear split down the middle, a nutcracker cut clean in half, a rocking reindeer in four quarters. There is one empty slot and one pair of hands — slide the pieces home, watch each toy snap whole, and set the shop right before the doors open.
If you have ever pushed numbered tiles around a frame, you already know the controls. What is new is what happens when two pieces meet.
Every level shows where each toy belongs. Take a moment before the first move — the order you finish in is the whole puzzle.
Tap a card beside the empty slot, or swipe it that way, and it slides across. Diagonals do nothing. A move that cannot happen costs you nothing.
Bring the halves of one toy into its spot on the shelf, the right way round, and they lock into a single finished gift — and stop moving for good.
Every locked toy takes a route away from you. Finish them all inside the move limit, and finish lean to take all three stars.
Not every gift is cut the same way, and that is what keeps the shelf interesting. A two-piece toy is a small favour. A four-piece toy is a plan.
Two pieces side by side. The first cut you meet, and the one the opening chapter is built around.
Chapter 1 onwardTwo pieces stacked. Same idea, a different axis — and suddenly the routes you were using no longer help.
From level 6A two-by-two block that has to arrive whole, all four corners in the right corners. The upstairs loft opens with one.
From level 41Five rooms: the front counter, the shelf you are working on, the floor map, the task board and the stockroom.

Coins, energy and the shelf you left off on, one tap from Play.

One empty slot, a move counter, and Undo, Shuffle and Restart underneath.

Eighty shelves across four chapters, with the stars you earned on each.

Daily, story and lifetime tracks, all paying out in coins and cards.

Board frames and shop decorations, bought with coins you earned playing.

The shop gets bigger as you work through it — larger boards, more gifts at once, and tighter move counts. Every level is hand-built and checked by a solver, so there is always a way through.

4 × 4 boardCandy-coloured racks under a frosted window. A bigger board, more gifts on it at once, and target spots pushed out toward the corners.
5 × 5 boardThe dark workbench upstairs, lit by a single lantern. Four-quarter toys start here, sharing the board with the two-piece gifts.
5 × 6 boardThe big hall on opening morning. Every cut type at once, several toys that must be locked in the right order, and the tightest move counts in the shop.
5 × 6 boardEach one drawn whole, then cut for the shelf — which is why the seam disappears the moment the pieces meet.

Candy jarEverything here is earned by playing. There is no real-money purchase anywhere in the game.
Every shelf sets a move limit and two star thresholds. Finish inside the limit for one star; finish tidily and take all three. Two hundred and forty stars are on the board in total.
Stuck with a knot you cannot untie? Spend a Shuffle card and the loose pieces are dealt a fresh layout. Anything you already assembled stays locked exactly where it is, and the new board is always still solvable.
Daily tasks refresh each morning, story tasks follow the four chapters, and lifetime tasks count your total levels, moves and stars. All three pay out in coins, energy and Shuffle cards.
Opening a shelf costs one energy out of ten, and it refills on its own while you are away. Restarting the shelf you are already on is free — retry as often as you like.
Coins buy board frames — Classic Pine, Candy Cane, Midnight Workshop, Snowy Window — and decorations for the shop floor. All of it is appearance only; none of it changes a puzzle.
One finger, held upright, on a phone or a tablet. Fully offline with no account and no sign-up — your progress is saved on your own device and stays there.
Yes. The whole game — all eighty shelves, all four chapters, every frame and decoration in the shop — is free to play. There are no real-money purchases anywhere in the game.
Coins are earned by clearing shelves and finishing tasks, and spent inside the shop on board frames, shop decorations, energy potions and Shuffle cards. They are a game feature and nothing more — they cannot be bought, cashed out or transferred, and they have no real-world value.
No. Every one of the eighty levels is built by working backwards from the finished shelf, then verified by a solver, so a solution always exists. Assembling a toy can never seal off the rest of the board either — and if a layout is beating you, a Shuffle card deals the loose pieces again without touching what you have already locked in.
Only to install. After that the game runs entirely on your device, on a plane or underground just as well as at home.
There is not. No sign-up, no email, no profile. Your progress is written to your own device and never leaves it — which does mean it lives on that device, so deleting the app removes it for good.
The shelf ends and you can restart it straight away at no extra energy cost, from the same layout you began with. There is nothing to watch and nothing to buy to keep going.
Yes. It is a quiet sliding puzzle with no chat, no other players, no advertising, no gambling of any kind and nothing to spend real money on. Everything on screen is a toy shop.
Eighty shelves, twenty toys and one empty slot. Take your time — nothing in this shop is in a hurry.
